I am often asked about staging vacant homes.  Do you really need to show a house full
of furniture for buyers to fully appreciate the home?  Not at all!  You can do a lot by
using vignettes as you will see in the following photos.

now shouts, "Sweet dreams!"
This once empty 2nd bedroom...

This once empty bedroom was transformed into a very sweet room using items totaling less
than $200.00 that can be rented from Autumn Dunn Interiors for $40.00 a month!

  Items Used:
  - blow up mattress on milk cartons
  - inexpensive white cotton bedspread, pillows and throw
  - decorator table & tablecloth
  - trash to treasure wicker mirror spray painted
  - three stuffed animals, one silk tree & a few floral stems in a vase,
books bought at a school book fair

  Staging Secret About This Room:
  - The white dresser is really a built-in that was taken from the master closet resulting in two benefits:
            1)   the master closet is opened up creating the idea of more space
            2)   and this room gets a needed piece of furniture at no cost to the vendor!
Just a few candles, bubble bath
bottles, and some greenery can
turn ho hum into oh la la!
Tying towels with ribbon & placing in
$2.00 wicker baskets add a lot of
warmth to this once empty bathroom.
Candles, greenery, ribbon, grapes,  pine
cones picked up from the yard and wa la,
you have a beautiful fireplace!
