Staging® Turns Your "Home" Into A Product!

     Being in a home for fourteen years with four boys, you can accumulate a lot of stuff. Luckily, we found Autumn. In her first trip to our
     house, she went room to room making a detailed list of high impact inexpensive changes/repairs and a list of what furniture needed to
     go and what furniture needed to be moved. We literally saved thousands of dollars just on work that we thought needed to be done
     that wouldn’t have helped us out!

    We worked on our list and eagerly awaited Autumn’s return. Upon her return, Autumn transformed our now uncluttered home
    into a show home using simple items we had before and adding a couple of hundred of dollars of decorations/greenery.

    When we invited Real Estate agents to our house for a preview, they were stunned. I never thought anyone would refer to my house
    as immaculate. One agent said that he could not think of a single thing we should do before listing and taking showings. And another
    agent said that a potential problem would be for us, is getting an appraisal for what an emotional buyer would pay for the house with
    the way it shows. Autumn rocks!

    Our new house is twice as big and needs new floors, painting, kitchen counters, etc. along with new furniture. We are using Autumn’s
    services to help with all of those choices.
