For those of you who like to do the work yourself,
Autumn will walk-thru your home and make
suggestions on how you can maximize your selling
experience by making modifications to your home.
Some examples of modifications may include repairs, cleaning,
painting, replacing worn carpet, de-cluttering, organization and
furniture placement.
Staging® Consultation Walk-Thru Fee is $150.00
Hands-On Staging®
Because knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are
two different things, Autumn offers hands-on Staging® Services.
To ensure your home will be shown at its finest, each room will be
edited and arranged to show off its best features.
Clutter elimination, organizing, furniture layout, and lighting are just
a few of the areas Autumn considers when staging each room for
show. Autumn will also provide you with a detailed list of repairs or
improvements that may be essential in the re-sale potential of your
home.
Whether you are looking for help with one or two rooms, or the
entire house, Autumn's services can be of help.
Hands On Staging® is $75.00 Per Hour (4 hour minimum)
OR $400.00 Per 6 Hour Day ($50.00 Daily Discount)
Vacant Home Staging® - Furniture & Accessory
Rental
Autumn Dunn Interiors has a large selection of furnishings and
accessories available that she will use to stage® your vacant
property.
